One of the hardest things I encountered in medical school and residency interviews was trying to convince interviewers I was the candidate they want, and Olivia gave me the confidence and tools to do just that. Olivia helped me find the ability to navigate all questions I faced no matter the subject matter or circumstance. Whether they were scenario based, personal, or job related, I felt confident in my ability to convey what I really wanted to say in every instance.
One thing in particular I found Olivia helped me with was my ability to keep composed when I was out of my element. That was something I was not expecting out of our sessions.
Olivia was instrumental in helping my son. She was able to work with him to identify his strengths and weaknesses so that he could make the right decision in school. I knew after Olivia met with my son that he felt better about his purpose. He was able to take the information from the assessment and research careers that were of interest to him. She was a life saver. I have referred her to several friends who had children going through the same struggles.
